Lucy works as Villa Manager at Purple Summer's Ibizan villa - Can Alma, a stunning secluded property in the centre of the island, surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. She likes to ensure that her guests always feel catered for and what better than way to spoil them than with a cocktail in hand? The Pink Sea cocktail tastes like a daiquiri and will bring the summer vibes all night long!

Ingredients
Serves 4
25 ml Bacardi Rum
25 ml Passoa
20 ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Sugar syrup
25 ml White Peach Purée
15 ml Grenadine
Martini Glass
Method
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
Give it a good shake
Double strain into a martini glass and serve!
