The Red Hot Chilli Pepper

The Red Hot Chilli Pepper is a spicy little number created by Gabriele Cusimano, Skyline Bar Manager at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel in Venice. With sunkissed dried chillis and sweet pineapple, this cocktail will transport you to the iconic rooftop of the Hilton Venice. We don't mean to be controversial by bringing you an Italian cocktail this week but it's just a bit of healthy competition right? And how satisfying will it be to sip on this cocktail when England bring it home on Sunday?

The former flour mill on the banks of Canale Giudecca is home to the Hilton Venice. With sweeping views of the city and the Piazza San Marco, what better place to enjoy a spicy cocktail and bathe in the warm glow as the sun sets over Venice?

As the sun sets over the renaissance city, the rooftop bar comes alive with warm lights and the buzz of guests gathering to drink in the views.
